Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the work of the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
- Ensure accurate documentation and execution of financial data and transactions.
- Oversee accounting for inventory, fixed assets, and material resources.
- Materials accounting, split into CAPEX & OPEX, reconciliation with warehouse data.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable regularly.
- Control of cash flow and bank balances.
- Ensure the correctness, reliability, and relevance of account balances in software (1C).
- Any other duties within Finance Department scope of work, which may be reasonably required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excell.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both spoken and written).
Russian language is an advantage.
Strong Communication and Organization Skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
